Movie 5: The First Super Sayian

This movie features most of the Namek and Frieza Saga. The Z fighters land on Namek and run into a great deal of danger. They eventually uncover Frieza's plot to finding the powerful Namekian dragon balls and wishing for eternal life universal dominance. The Z fighters gather all but 1 of the dragon balls and are looking as if everything might go their way as Freiza stops them short and takes the dragon balls. Goku arrives on Namek just in time as he confronts Freiza. Surprised to the Z fighters Goku's strength has increased exponentially and he looks as if hes a match for Freiza. Just win Goku looks as if hes going to win, Frieza kills most of the remaining Z fighters as a helpless Goku watches. He then reveals that he is the one who killed Goku's real father. Goku then angers and becomes super sayian and defeats Frieza.

Movie 4: The Wrath of the Saiyans

This movie features most of the action packed events from the Saiyan saga. Goku has grown some in age (21-23) and he has a young son now. Goku's son is kidnapped by Radditz in which Goku sacrifices his live to rescue his child. This movie will be the first to feature the "other world" and Goku's training with King Kai. Goku returns from his training, and fights off the Saiyan Prince Vegeta and learns of the tyrant freeza and the dragon balls on planet Namek. With the mass destruction the Saiyans created, and the loss of some of the supporting character's life, and the destruction of the dragon balls on earth, the Z fighters make the journey to planet Namek in search of the dragon balls.

Unable to make the journey because of his terrible injuries, Goku stays home and rests up for a month as the remaining Z fighters gear up and fly to Namek. The film closes with the Z fighters blasting off for Namek, and the unknown dangers that await them.

Move 3: Rise of the Dark King

The third move of the saga, will take place continuing Goku (15-17 years old) and the other's journey to find the dragon balls. Emperor pilaf will make his return, but only as a tool as he naively unlocks evil that was locked away for centuries. From the darkness comes evil King Piccolo. This film features King Piccolo's power and destruction, as well as Goku's training and eventual victory over the Dark King. On this stage, Goku becomes famous and known all around the world as the "Kid who saved the world". The movie closes with King Piccolo's seed surviving without anyone's notice.

Movie 2: The Last of His Kind

The second movie of the saga will pick up right after Bardok's space pod lands on earth. An old warrior/fighter sees the crash landed ship and raised the child it contained. Through his childhood years, Goku is shown as being exceptionally strong skilled at fighting. (Age 12) After leaving to fetch some dinner, Goku returns to see his home destroyed, his father (old warrior/fighter) killed, and his prized possession, the beautiful dragon ball, missing. He takes it as his mission to retrieve his lost dragon ball and confront the villains who killed his father. Along the way he meets a young inventer, (Bulma) who is also in search of the dragon balls for her own intentions. Recently made aware of Goku's exceptional strength, Bulma decides to team up with Goku and help lead him to his father's killer. This movie will cover the emperor pilaf saga initially, but will change some things around to mostly focus on the red ribbon saga.

Movie 1: The Legend Of Bardok

The first move of the live action Dragon Ball Z saga will feature the story of Bardok, Goku's father as he attempts to free his race from the enslavement of the radical tyrant Freeza. Tired of being treated as low class beings, him and a group of other warriors lead an uprising against Freeza. Although his intentions were good, he unsuccessfully stops the evil tyrant's rule. As a result of the insolence his subjects presented him with, Freeza punishes the disobedient warriors by exterminating his people. In a last ditch effort, Bardok equips a space pod with his son and sends if off to a planet with similar composition as his home planet.

My Vision for the Saga

Because of issues for the rights of the series, we may have to change the names that were originally associated with the show. But the overall theme and most specific elements will remain the same.

Welcome!

Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and somewhat Dragon Ball GT were personally some of my favorite TV shows while growing up. Before all the internet streaming, I would rush home from school and catch the daily episodes of Dragon Ball Z on Cartoon network. Even though the 2009 Live action Dragon Ball film irritated fans and disgusted critics world wide, I believe it was a step in the right directions towards an accurate, successful big screen adaption of the anime/manga.

This site is dedicated towards raising awareness of a fan inspired Dragon Ball Z live action film. Hopefully as a result of the widespread support, a Dragon Ball Z film will be produced and shown in theaters world wide.
